Transparency Notice: Article Processing Charges (APC) directly support editorial management, typesetting, digital archiving, and open-access hosting. Please review our publication payment terms and refund rules before making a transaction.
Upon formal acceptance of a research manuscript following peer review, the Article Processing Charge (APC) becomes due. The corresponding or submitting author assumes complete financial responsibility for completing this fee. All APC payments made to IJENGT are final and non-refundable, as they directly fund immediate publishing, formatting, and open-access hosting services.
Because operational resources are allocated immediately upon paper registration and publication layout, standard fees cannot be refunded after payment completion. Author-initiated withdrawals after peer review acceptance or publishing do not qualify for a refund.
In instances of accidental multiple charges, technical transaction errors, or excess overpayments for a single paper ID, a refund request may be submitted. Such claims must be formally logged at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled volume registration closing date. Verified overpayments will be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway transaction fees and processing administrative costs.
All refund claims must be submitted via email with proof of transaction attached:
email Email: editor.ijengt@gmail.com
Subject Line: Payment Refund Request - Paper ID: [Your Manuscript ID]
Approved refund requests are processed within 10 to 15 working days through the original channel of payment.
